Please read the FAQ section before calling to book as many your questions may be answered there.

Important Info

The Changeover day is Friday only. Bookings can only start on Fridays with a mininum of 3 nights stay unless by arrangement with owner.

Check in time: 4pm 
Check out time: 11am

Costs

The cost is £250* a night, this includes the whole of the ground floor, sleeps 6, plus use of the upstairs large sitting room with balcony.

*Price increase to £275 during peak season of June, July and August.

• Access to large upstairs bedroom and bathroom sleeping 3 can be hired for additional £75 a night.
• There will be a returnable damage deposit of £200. The balance is required two weeks before arrival date.

A 30% deposit via bank transfer will be required on booking to secure your dates.

We charge a flat rate cleaning fee of £80 per booking.

Payment will need to be made within 24 hours of your booking request.

Cancellation Policy

Within 4 weeks of the booking:
100% of the payment is due

Within 16 weeks of the booking:
30% of the payment is due

Prior to 16 weeks of the booking:
No cancellation fee is due

Please note: we DO NOT accept dogs unless they are fully trained, assistance dogs with appropriate certifications.
